"body": "### Description\r\nFixes #14372: Enable Joplin Server OAuth flow on Desktop App\r\n\r\nThe Desktop client lacked the OAuth flow implementation for the self-hosted Joplin Server sync target (`sync.target` 9) but correctly used it for the hosted Joplin Cloud.
