"body": "## Fixes #14211\r\n\r\nSome OneNote `.onepkg` / `.one` files contain malformed pages (missing ink data or invalid XPS/PDF references) that currently cause the entire import to fail.\r\n\r\nThis change skips only the broken sections, logs a warning, and writes an `IMPORT_ERROR.md` file so failures remain visible while allowing the rest of the notebook to import.\r\n\r\n### Testing\r\n\r\n- Built `onenote-converter` with `yarn buildDev`\r\n- Ran Joplin in dev mode\r\n- Imported a `.onepkg` / `.one` file with malformed pages\r\n- Verified import completes and `IMPORT_ERROR.md` is created for skipped sections",

Prior to #14094, `.onepkg` files were extracted via `EXPAND.exe`. Each `.one` file within the `.onepkg` was processed separately, with [errors handled here](https://github.com/laurent22/joplin/blob/c278b45c7876953d39328b78db303b6845421d91/packages/lib/services/interop/InteropService_Importer_OneNote.ts#L99). With #14094, all sub-files within the `.onepkg` archive are processed by the Rust logic modified by this pull request.\r\n\r\nhttps://github.com/laurent22/joplin/issues/14211 is reported for v3.5.12, which doesn't include #14094.\r\n\r\n**Edit**: Corrected pull request link.",

However, most import errors should already be reported in an \"Errors\" file (created by `section.rs`). Others are logged and handled by JS in `InteropService_Importer_OneNote`.\r\n\r\n",
