feat(service): 取消服务价格起步价文案

- 一口价直接显示金额，不再显示 ¥xx起
- 师傅报价显示参考金额 + 师傅报价，不再显示起
- 区间计价保持 ¥min-max/单位
- 计价逻辑、基础价字段与后台配置不变
